Promptly after shipment of a customer's order (or any portion of the customer's order), The seller will accurately inform you that the order has been shipped
(and, in the case of a customer order that is shipped in more than one shipment, accurately inform you which portion of the order has been shipped.

The seller fails to provide Confirmation of Shipment within the time frame specified by
(e.g., 20 days after the date an order was placed), you may in make the sole discretion cancel.

They apply in addition to the general terms so please make sure you've read and understood these as well.

Under the applicable EU legislation (including, but not limited to, Directive 2011/83/EU, as implemented in the national laws of EU Member States),
you have 14 days (from the date on which you receive your order) to let us know that you wish to cancel your purchase.
In this case, we will provide a full refund of the goods including any relevant shipping charges in accordance with this Returns Policy.
